Hôtel Lanta Island Resort

This resort is set in the unspoilt natural surroundings of southern Thailand, and a true tropical island paradise awaits guests. The hotel comprises 99 bungalows covering an area of 15 rai (almost 6 acres). Guests are welcomed into a lobby with a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities, and on-site facilities include a TV lounge, a bar and a restaurant. Fees apply to the room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage (fees apply to both).

The southern style bungalows are tastefully furnished with private balconies and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. Guests can choose between accommodation with room fans or individually regulated air conditioning. The en suite bathrooms feature a shower and bath, and other facilities include a double bed, satellite/cable TV, a safe and a minibar.

The resort provides an outdoor swimming pool and guests can pay a fee to use the indoor swimming pool or children's swimming area. A poolside snack bar is on hand to provide convenient refreshments and sun loungers have been laid out for guests use. Guests can indulge in a Thai massage, whilst more adventurous types can go on excursions to the nearby islands of Phi Phi, Ko Hai, Ko Muk and Ko Rok. The nearby beach is sandy and features sun loungers for hire (fees apply).

The resort restaurant is called 'Coral Kitchen' and serves Thai and international dishes. The second outlet is called 'Sandles Restaurant', or 'Barefoot Beach Bar', where guests can enjoy fresh tasty seafood or participate in a gala dinner night (capacity of 100 seats), with international foods, beverages and wines. The third dining outlet is a pool bar, where snacks and drinks are served.
